Thank you for taking the time to read our Terms and Conditions. If you have any other questions that are not answered below, then please contact our customer service department by e-mail or call 603-882-7725.
- Customer must be at least 13 years of age and a resident of the United States to be a member of Frederick’s Pastries Sweet Rewards Program.
- To receive points, customer must confirm contact information each time a purchase is made. Does not apply to wholesale customers or customers receiving special discounts.

Customer will earn 1 point for each dollar spent. Qualifying purchases include all Frederick’s Pastries® cakes, tortes, cheesecakes, pastries and chocolates. Non qualifying purchases include but are not limited to:
- Wedding Cakes
- Wedding Style Fondant
- All Beverages both hot & cold
- Art work
- Edible Images
- Party supplies (candles, plates, forks, napkins, balloons, greeting cards, cake server, stuffed animals, etc.)
- All Cake Decorating Classes
- All Gingerbread Classes
- Rudy Rolls
- Delivery Charge
- Previously purchased merchandise.
- Points will not be awarded for purchases paid for with gift certificates, Frederick’s Pastries Reward Certificates. Donations or Donation Certificates, Be Our Guest Certificates, Promotional Certificates, Online Purchases or Free Sweet Reward items.
- Points will not be awarded for sales tax. The point value of returned merchandise (on which points were earned at the time of purchase) will be deducted from the points or future points in customer’s Sweet Rewards account.
- Points have no cash value.
- Customer will automatically become an active member of the Sweet Rewards program after customer signs up via e-mail or in-store. Only active members of the Sweet Rewards program are eligible to receive membership rewards.
- Customer is responsible for notifying Frederick’s Pastries® customer service department of any change of address and/or e-mail address.
- Active program members earn a Frederick’s Pastries® $10 Reward Certificate for each 400 points they accrue in accordance with these program terms. Even if a program member earns more than 400 points in one week or has a balance in excess of 400 points in any week, only one $10 Sweet Reward Certificate will be issued per customer, per week. Upon each issuance of a Sweet Reward Certificate, 400 points will be subtracted from program member’s balance. If program member is entitled to additional Sweet Reward Certificates, they will continue to be issued, one per customer, per week.
- Frederick’s Pastries® Sweet Reward Certificates may be used toward the future purchase of any qualified Frederick’s Pastries® merchandise. Sweet Reward Certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Sweet Reward Certificates will be valid no less than 90 days from the date of issue and must be used with customer’s purchase. Sweet Reward Certificates are not valid toward the purchase of gift cards. If the purchase is less than the value of the Sweet Reward Certificate being redeemed, no change or credit will be given. Lost, stolen or expired certificates will not be replaced.
- Frederick’s Pastries® may, at any time, terminate the Sweet Rewards program or change the program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation, in whole or in part, without prior notice or further obligation to program members.
- By participating in the Sweet Rewards program you will be added to our customer list and agree to receive e-mail and/or postal mail advertising and marketing communications from Frederick’s Pastries®. Frederick’s Pastries® does not share any information to any third parties. - The Sweet Rewards program is only available at participating Frederick’s Pastries® locations.
- Any term or condition above which is prohibited by law will not be effective or binding.
